Jolto waitlist privacy notice

Being on this list may suggest your sexual orientation. We treat the list as sensitive data.

We use your email, chosen city, 18+ confirmation, optional interests, referral code and campaign source to manage the waitlist, confirm your request and send launch news and occasional updates. Our lawful basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR. Your separate explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) allows us to process information that may suggest your sexual orientation.

Our processors are Supabase in London for storage, Resend in the EU region for email and PostHog in the EU for anonymous analytics. Email is sent only to Supabase and Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile provides the security check. A temporary keyed hash of your IP address limits requests.

Analytics use no cookies, advertising pixels, names or email addresses. We do not call identify or link analytics to your waitlist record.

We delete unconfirmed entries after 30 days. We delete the waitlist within 12 months of launch or on request. Unsubscribe links stop further waitlist email.

After you unsubscribe, we use your address only to suppress further email. We clear your city, interests and campaign information. We retain minimal reference fields, including your original registration date and referral code, to honour withdrawal, prevent repeated sends and let you rejoin if you request it. Rejoining requires fresh explicit consent and email confirmation.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
